Barnett & Son Brewing Co review
Monday nights might not seem like the best time to go out drinking, but after a real estate closing you end up feeling pretty elated. So, I called up my friends Kayla and Eric to go check out this new brewery they had mentioned. I must say I was pleasantly surprised!
Barnett & Son Brewing Co has been open in Parker since June- it is located at 18425 Pony Express Dr, Parker, CO 80134, just south of Railbender park. Wandering in to the place I was immediately greeted and sat down to wait for my comrades. The brewing equipment is certainly on display, very prominently located to be able to see from the seating area, and was washed in a blue hue from overhead lights – giving the brew kettles an elegant look. The seating area is modern and includes a lounge area with couches. It appeared that the brewery hosts food trucks as well (although there wasn’t one present at the time of my visit.)
After giving the menu a glance, I already knew I’d have to be doing some beer flights to get a taste of everything. Standouts included the IPA, dunkleweizen and brown ale. Prices were cheap for craft beer too, flights of 4 beers were only $6.00, and I believe a pint was priced at $5.50. I certainly will be making more trips back to Barnett & Son! Highly recommended.
