Dog waste transmits disease and is a nuisance to neighbors and landscapers, so please remember to pick up after your pet and refrain from allowing your pet to soil the same patch of grass continuously. Please be aware that the cost to repair damaged landscape due to a dog can be assessed to the individual homeowner. Let’s keep our community clean and healthy for everyone’s enjoyment!
Please remember that homeowners are responsible for the landscaping maintenance responsibilities of his or her home. Responsibilities include: irrigation and lawn maintenance, repairing or replacing sprinkler systems, maintaining flower beds, and repairing any damage to landscaping. Please note that the side yard maintenance is also the homeowners’ responsibility. Please make every effort to keep it slightly and remove any debris or weeds from within the rock beds and side yard.
