Cottonwood is one of the most well established neighborhoods in Parker. Riding the northern border of the town, it resides to the west of Parker road and to the north of cottonwood drive, and to the east of Jordan road. The local shopping center features a brand new King Soopers, which was resurrected from a King Soopers that shut down in the late 1990s.

The Cottonwood Metropolitan District is the governing entity of the Cottonwood Open Space and Park

Park Rules:
Open 5am to 10pm
Cottonwood Residents and Guests Only
All Pets Must be on a Leash
Horses on Equestrian Trail Only

Prohibited:
Unauthorized Motor Vehicles, Littering, Dumping, Camping, Intoxication, Weapons, Golfing, Glass Containers, Misuse of Park, Open Fires and Fireworks

Field and Pavilion rentals: 4-6 hours
Residents reserving the park for personal use: No Charge*
Non-Residents and Organized groups: $50.00 each amenity*
Sports team practice by board approval only (seasonal rates may be available)*

*Damage Deposit Required

All Residents and Groups using the park must abide by park rules and must clean up all trash after using park. To prevent problems with wildlife and to keep our park beautiful trash may NOT be left in bags or containers near trash cans after events.

Damage Deposit for Reservations:
Groups of 10 or fewer people: $25.00
Groups of 11-25 people: $50.00
Groups of 26-75 people: $100.00
Groups of 76-100 people: $200.00

For events with more than 100 people Board approval is required.

All Residents and Groups using park must abide by park rules and must clean up all trash after event.
