Las Delicias IV Parker Colorado
Some days you need lunch quick. And when it’s one of those days I usually go to my favorite Mexican restaurant in Parker, Las Delicias IV. Located in the 20 Mile House on Main Street in Parker Las Delicias has been around since as long as I can remember as a child. My mom would always take me here to lunch ( and we still go all the time) for the very convenient and quick Mexican food. Today actually went with my father and enjoyed my favorite meal, the three cheese enchiladas
Las Delicias, established in 1976 has been cooking Mexican food for almost 40 years. Their website states that our family recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and can be savored daily for breakfast lunch or dinner at any of our 5 locations in the Greater Denver metro area. I personally I have only been to the Parker location so I can’t comment on the other locations which are pasted below.
Las Delicias has a pretty substantial menu including breakfast lunch and dinner items often I will just get something ala carte and make my own meal, but when I’m really feeling hungry the chicken mole is absolutely delicious.
My favorite part about Las Delicias is how quick they are with everything- you can literally order and have your meal to you under 15 minutes, which is great if you are doing a working lunch or need to get back to work quickly. The servers are always friendly and attentive and chips and salsa are free unlike some other places I could mention (Chili’s) and after everything else if you’re still hungry I highly recommend the sopapillas! There’s also plenty of bottle and draft beers, as well as some yummy margaritas available.
