Rowley Downs is a very cute and unique area in Parker Colorado, and it’s one of the older subdivisions in town. The Rowley Downs neighborhood features homes of various styles that were built from the 1970’s to the 1990’s. Multiple builders were involved in Rowley downs so the neighborhood feels a little less ‘cookie cutter’ than some of the other subdivisions in Parker. Most of the homes in Rowley Downs feature brick as part of their construction.
We are very proud of Rowley Downs’ unique character. Greenbelts and Open Space run throughout our neighborhood. A wide variety of house styles were built here in the 70s, 80s and 90s, making Rowley Downs very pleasing to the eye, and we have a uniquely peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Deer, birds, rabbits, and even raccoons and fox share the neighborhood.
Modern amenities are very close by in downtown Parker, Colorado. Within walking distance of the main entrance to Rowley Downs are Old Downtown Parker with an Arts District, local restaurants, farmer’s markets, festivals, and other events; the state-of-the-art PACE Center (Parker Arts, Culture and Events Center) with music, theater, art shows, and cultural events; a new Douglas County library is being built; and the Parker Town Hall.
Our Homeowners Association (HOA) Meetings are usually held the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at Monroe Hall (corner of Seibert Circle and Williamson Drive).
Home prices of recently sold houses in Rowley Downs indicate prices in the neighborhood range anywhere from the high $300’s to the mid $500’s.
