Let’s face it, working in real estate can get pretty stressful sometimes. Some might even say tense! When I was building my first custom home last year I had to go through a lot of trial and error and the process was pretty grinding at times, so that’s when I decided to get a massage one day, and I am really glad that I met Ashley Smith at Wise Massage therapy.

Ashley has been a massage therapist for several years and has a wide range of therapeutic massage from lighter Swedish style to deep tissue massage. She is always eager to ask if you are having any particular issues with particular muscles or problem parts of the body. Her studio is always relaxed and peaceful, and she’s great to just talk to as well!
I’ve been seeing Ashley once a month for about a year now, and it’s one of the things I look forward to every month to help me unwind and reset my body. She also has a lot of knowledge about essential oils and how they can aid in healing the body. Here is the Wise Massage Therapy list of services:
Massage Therapy can mean different things to different people. It can range anywhere from light Swedish Massage to deeper more Therapeutic massage. At the beginning of each session I talk with my clients to see what their particular needs are when it comes to the muscles or the body. We pinpoint tension and then from there for a plan to attend to the muscle needs. Massage isn’t a one time fix all sort of miracle, it happens with progression. Little by little you’ll begin to notice a difference in how you feel on a daily basis. Now this will all very on how severe an issue presented is, how often a clients is able to come in for therapeutic sessions and how much pressure can be applied to techniques.
