Artisan Pizza Co Parker Colorado Review
Well, this evening my curiosity got the better of me. I knew this little pizza joint had been in Parker in the same strip mall as Takoda Tavern (review for Takoda’s coming soon). So, after grabbing a six pack of Odell’s Easy Street Wheat Beer, I headed on over the Artisan Pizza Co in Parker Colorado. I am glad I did!
The Artisan Pizza Co in Parker, Colorado is easy to miss, but it’s really tasty. Upon walking in, I was greeted and immediately the style of the place kind of reminded me of a Chipotle style restaurant – where you place the order and watch as the ingredients are put onto the dough in front of you.
So, there’s only one size of pizza available here – an 11 inch pie. In a world with a million options at every restaurant, the simplicity of the menu was actually kind of a cool concept to me – Pizza, salads, and craft beer are the main offerings here. You can either design your own pizza with unlimited toppings, or choose one of the signature pizzas. They are all $9. Nice!
I went with the Luisa and Carni pizzas:
Luisa: EVOO, Ricotta Spread, Mozzarella, sweet Italian sausage, Lemon, Arugula, Asiago
Carni: Mama rose red sauce, Mozzarella, sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, meatballs, and fresh oregano.
Both were put into the oven and were ready and in my box in under 10 minutes. I got home, cracked a beer open, and began to enjoy! They were tasty and quite filling – I couldn’t finish my fourth slice (I am a fatty do not judge me!) I would definitely stop back for lunch here sometime because it’s so fast, and they also run a lunch special from 11am-2pm where you can get a pizza and fountain drink for $10. I’ll link to their website below so you can check out the full menu, but you should definitely give the Artisan Pizza Co in Parker CO a try!
