Please remember that overnight street parking isNOT PERMITTED in Challenger Park Estates! If a vehicle is parked illegally, the Declarations allow the Association to remove the vehicle at the owner’s expense. Your car will be tagged with a ticket if it is found illegally parked on the street overnight. If you receive a ticket, please move your vehicle immediately!

As a pet owner and a resident of Challenger Park, it is only common courtesy that you be mindful of your neighbors and landscaping when taking your pet for a walk. Dog waste transmits disease and is a nuisance to neighbors and landscapers, so please remember to pick up after your pet and refrain from allowing your pet to soil the same patch of grass continuously. Please be aware that the cost to repair damaged landscape due to a dog can be assessed to the individual homeowner. Let’s keep our community clean and healthy for everyone’s enjoyment!

Please remember that homeowners are responsible for the landscaping maintenance responsibilities of his or her home. Responsibilities include: irrigation and lawn maintenance, repairing or replacing sprinkler systems, maintaining flower beds, and repairing any damage to landscaping. Please note that the side yard maintenance is also the homeowners’ responsibility. Please make every effort to keep it slightly and remove any debris or weeds from within the rock beds and side yard.

Before starting any projects, please remember that all exterior changes to your property must receive prior approval of the Design Review Committee (DRC). To begin the approval process, please fill out a DRC application with all necessary improvement specifications, including, but not limited to, dimensions, colors, and materials, and return it to Overlook Property Management via mail, email, or fax. DRC applications can found under the “Forms and Documents” tab or requested through the office of Overlook Property Management. Challenger Park Estates homeowners are provided trash through Haulaway Solid Waste. Please remember your designated trash day is:

Please have your trash out by 7:00am to avoid missing pick-up. If your trash toter is lost, stolen, or destroyed, please call Haulaway Solid Waste at 303-683-8887 to order a new one.
Recycling is provided every other Tuesday. Homeowners can call Haulaway Solid Waste to rent or purchase a recycling container, or you can use your own.
