One of the original big subdivisions in Parker, Clark farms was established in the late 80s to early 1990s. With a population of around 4250 residents, Clark farms is a very familiar and friendly neighborhood to call home. Most of the homes in Clark farms are within the 300-500k price range. Cherokee trail elementary school sits in the heart of clark farms, and the neighborhood has a clubhouse featuring a park, tennis courts and members only pool area. There is also easy access to the cherry creek trail system from Clark farms.
