Elev 5900 Parker Colorado review

Hey everybody how’s it going ? Today I am going to do a quick review of Ella 5900 which is located right on Main Street in Parker Colorado. This restaurant sits on some Prime real estate on the corner of the Parker station building. Previously this space had been used as a brewery and another restaurant but Elev 5900 has been here for a couple years now. I went in to meet a business client for a quick lunch when we were the only folks in there right when the restaurant opened at 11:30. The interior is no nonsense with plenty of seating and a large L shaped bar. The bartender was quick to greet us and get us seated over at the bar.

The restaurant features a modern American menu with plenty of pasta dishes burgers risotto and your standard pub fare such as fish and chips and grilled cheese. I enjoyed a nice portion of beef stroganoff, which was very tasty! I would have enjoyed a side of bread or something with it, but it was served with just the pasta. I didn’t have time to indulge in any adult beverages today, but it appeared like they had quite an extensive wine collection, and craft beer was on tap for only $2.59 a pint. Now, that’s quite a deal in my opinion! You can hardly get a Budweiser in most establishments for that price.

There’s also plenty of outdoor patio seating for a nice lunch out in the sun (today was a little rainy and gloomy, so perhaps I’ll give the patio a shot sometime in the future) I also believe they have a separate menu for their dinner service, so I don’t have any current knowledge of that.. Prices were reasonable, and the service was quick. Overall, I was glad to have made the choice to grab lunch here (I had suggested it to my clients) so I am happy we did!
