The Coffee Cabin in Parker Colorado

If you haven’t met Wes, owner of the Coffee Cabin’s new location on the corner of Parker road and Ponderosa drive, you’re in for a pleasant surprise. He is easily one of the most enthusiastic coffee salesmen I’ve ever encountered (could be all the caffeine!) When I pulled up to the new coffee cabin I was quickly greeted by the New York native and felt right at home.
Prior to my visit, I wasn’t aware that Wes in fact owns the original coffee cabin, located at 8126 South Parker Road, Parker Colorado. Having lived in the northern part of town my whole life, I was excited to an alternative to the extremely long lines at the Starbucks down the street. Getting coffee here is always a quick and pleasant experience! The new establishment is built out of re-purposed shipping containers (which caught my eye early on, I have been into the tiny home movement for a while and many of these homes are built with recycled shipping containers) Wes jokingly told me that “he knows a guy” but revealed he purchased the containers through an online retailer.
I am sure this must be a great find for parents dropping their kids off at Pine Lane elementary school.
The Coffee Cabin has a surprisingly large menu that includes hot & cold beverages as well as food such as breakfast burritos, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and other treats. It’s a great alternative to the other more corporate coffee depots in town!
