Welcome to Parker Colorado’s newest blog! Let me introduce myself. My name is Caleb – I am a Parker, Colorado native and I just recently moved back to my home town after working for an organic farm up in Boulder, Colorado. While I absolutely loved the experience I had in organic farming, over the winter I obtained my Colorado Real Estate license and have gone on to become a REALTOR © with Cherry Creek Properties, LLC. Rent in Boulder proved to be more than I was willing to bear, so I am back in town building my real estate business and as part of that adventure, I wanted to start a blog to cover news and reviews of everything I can that relates to Parker.

I have had a unique experience growing up here and bearing witness to the way the town has changed. As a kindergardener, the Stonegate neighborhood barely existed, and antelope herds would congregate in the area that the Parker Adventist hospital now resides. I spent my high school years as a Chaparral Wolverine, and left for college at the University of Colorado in Boulder afterword, so when I got back the new parts of town were even more pronounced. It’s been a radical transformation, with more residents, more communities, more businesses. But rather than scold and detest the new arrivals, I’ve tried to maintain a positive attitude. And, in honesty, there’s plenty to remain positive about – In my short time being back, I have seen the small town spirit wherever I go- especially Mainstreet! I will be posting as much as I can as I rediscover the neighborhoods, sights, tastes and smells of this awesome little town.
